1.  Gather and wash your shirts.
2.  To make shipping weight lighter and shipping cheaper, you can precut the shirts.  When doing this, make sure you cut around the graphic so that it’s at least a 16” square or 14” square.  (We will subcut from that 14” or 12”).  You can cut fronts and backs.  This is not a necessary step, however.
3.  Box up the shirts and mail to us (label below).  Please include invoice or order number.  The Post Office can provide the boxes/envelopes for you.  Please get a tracking/confirmation number and email or text it to us so that we can track your shirts. 
We'll need a 50% deposit after shipping the shirts.






4.  We will let you know when we receive the shirts with an email or text.
5.  We'll keep in touch with you throughout the process with placement of blocks, etc.
6.  When we are done, we will ship the quilt back to you, providing you with a tracking number.
